Workshop Aim
To give learners a team based creative project, which they can achieve in a day.  The emphasis is on personal effectiveness, presenting skills and team bonding.

Who should attend?
Individuals from the same organisation, who would benefit from getting to know their colleagues better.  It is an opportunity for the group to interact outside of their usual environment, develop their skills and work creatively to achieve a shared goal.

The challenge of making a short film, will require participants to make best use of their own skills, those of the team, and the  the course materials.  This experience is intended to be both challenging and enjoyable.

• Formulate an action plan of how you will do this
