Workshop Aim
To support learners to identy their own team skills, gain an understanding of team dynamics and apply this knowledge in a practical exercise.

Who should attend?
Those  wishing to learn about their own team strengths, and  more about working effectively as part of a team, on a shared goal.  Delegates may be from different organisations or all from the same one.

Residential option
This course is initially offered on a non-residential basis, but there is a residential option should all delegates prefer this  (subject to availabiliy of  accommodaion.)   The residential price includes, breakfast, lunch, 3 course dinner and bedroom with en-suite bathroom (1 night).
